VINTNER’S HOME

Situated on an awesome piece of vineyard land, this poorly built, 80’s split level house was renovated to create a home comfortable enough for these down to earth vintners and their four kids, but elegant enough to host wine events and industry giants.  The design was an overhaul of the split level home to create a kids’/guests’ retreat and a new addition that lives by its indoor/outdoor mantra.  The one story addition is anchored by the master suite at one end, a cut-through-view to Mt. Hood entry, and a kitchen/dining/living combination that takes advantage of magical views and easy entertaining.
