TRYON CREEK TIME CAPSULE

This classic Mid-Century home designed by the renowned architect Walter Gordon just needed a little update to bring the kitchen and adjacent rooms some new life.  A new pantry space allowed the kitchen to be opened up more to the great room and the views to the secluded back yard.  Adhering to the original design and materials, the new mahogany cabinetry, maple butcher block counter, and hemlock wrapped soffit blend seamlessly into the original home, while the reused stainless steel countertop and sink and custom square recessed lights make the old seem new again.
