ANNA MANN HOUSE

Situated on a rare 3-acre site in NE Portland and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Anna Mann House will be reimagined as affordable housing to help fill a vital need in our community. In addition to renovating the original Tudor Revival-style building, two new buildings, a playground and other site amenities will be constructed to complement the historic structure and bring a campus-like feel to the site. In total, 129, family-oriented apartments will be created and allow for a new population to experience this treasured property in the Kerns/Laurelhurst area. This project is being developed by Innovative Housing, Inc. and funded through the Portland Housing Bond, with construction expected to begin in the fall of 2021.
