A blank box dud has become an energized neighborhood hub.  What was formerly a single story storage space took on new character with a complete remodel.  The new storefront and carved out exterior patio bring life to a formerly unoccupied corner.  The building fills a key role in the neighborhood with its four tenants spaces, including a restaurant/bar and a children’s art studio.
