Central to the City's plans for revitalizing the NE Hollywood Neighborhood, redeveloping this 21,000 s.f. warehouse on 2 acres of asphalt was the project challenge. Breaking down the concrete walls and building scale, while creating an oasis within the parking lot reenergized the connection to the community. With a final tenant mix that includes Trader Joe's Northwest flagship store, along with a bakery cafe and financial center, what was once a void has now become an anchor for the neighborhood.
